About us

Erika Schmitt Meister, as a Chilean native, was born in Punta Arenas, the southern most located city in the Chilean Patagonia. I know and love the land and their people. My father was a ship´s pilot who explored this spectacular region as a member of the Gunther Plüschow´s South America explorations in 1927 . He fell in love with the country and stayed to farm in the deep south, where I grew up. After living for many years in Germany and the last several years in the Lakes District.

I will be your personal contact to program your Southern Chile and Patagonia Holidays. With my special contacts, mainly with English and German speaking people, I will organize your holiday to make you feel comfortable. My programs will allow you to see some of the most spectacular and interesting places in Southern Chile at reasonable prices.

• How can I pay for the tour?
  After reservation you pay 50% of the tour and latest four weeks before arriving in Chile the rest of the price. We do not accept credit cards, only the payments are posible by USD check to be sent by registered mail.

• Is it safe to pay by check?
  Yes, if you send it by registered mail.

• When do I receive the tour confirmation?
  After we have reconfirmed all the accomodations and car-rental you will receive the booking confirmation

• When will I receive the documents?
  A soon as we receive the 50% reservations payment we will send the corresponding vouchers for all the services by mail.

• Will I be able to get around if I don´t speak the language?
  Yes, chilean people are very helpful and most of them speak enough english to give you information.
